This is my first time in a group. Not real sure how this all really works.

I'm trying to quit smoking. Today is day 13 without a cigarette. It hasn't been easy. And today is a bad day.

Hello Donna!!!! As a recent quitter... I have found myself riding the roller coaster through the quitting process. Going through those ups and downs. I prefer them ups rather than the downs. Especially through those rough days. Sorry to hear that you are having a bad day. But we are all here for you-through them good days and those bad ones. Just remember that you are STRONG!!! You made the BEST Decision by quitting!

Well 1st thing... congratulations on 13 days smoke free that's a great achievement... This is the best decision you could ever make for you and your health...

How are you giving up? cold turkey, patches, spray? it can help if we know as there is bound to be someone on here who is/has doing it the same as you.

I had never been on any type of support group before I came on here and it has been my life saver. You can post questions, tell us what's going on with your quit, how your doing, any worries or concerns you might have or just having a bonkers half hour and joining in with the banter

We don't judge you we just support you and in turn you help to support us

Stay close to the site and just holler like mad if you need us but make sure you let us know how your getting on - coz we're a nosy bunch on here
