Hi I've got an appointment with a nurse Thursday to help quit smoking, my severe asthma hates me rn and I'm done being in pain just for a cig but I need a bit of help as I'm a stress head. What's the best product you have used? How is it and how hard does it get? πŸ˜‚ I'm worried about my anxiety during the difficult times.

I am using nicorette patches and am now on day 9. Patches have really helped with cravings. Your nurse will talk you through all options but patches suited me. Good luck

They are giving me patches but they also want to give me the mouth spray. She knows people do become addictive but knows how to deal with it if it happens so they will keep a very close eye on me and lower my dosage every two weeks. Unfortunately I can't use any of the other options due to other health problems and mental health. But I need to quit with my asthma asap due to consistent asthma attacks so I'll try anything right now πŸ˜₯

Monday I'm actually excited, scared but excited πŸ˜‚ They said it can take a few days for the doctors to confirm the prescription plus I'm on steriods for my asthma so they said wait till Monday just in case I do have a reaction to anything I can ring them 😊
