Congratulations!Best decision of your life.

Remember nicotine is highly addictive and you should try to get to no nicotine as soon as. The first few days are the worst. After that, when you get cravings drink water,go for a walk, busy yourself with something until it passes. You will soon be able to breathe better, for the first time in years I can breathe through my nose! Keep strong and focused after 2 or 3 weeks you will get control of your life and given your body the best gift it deserves. Good luck

Thanks for your reply and your words of encouragement. I really appreciate it. My plan is to get to the no nicotine stage this coming weekend all going well, and take things from there. This forum has been a big help to me so far. Just to read how other people are managing and hopefully pick up a few tips along the way has been good. Thanks again 👍

HiWould recommend Allen Carr easy way to stop smoking. Dispels all the myths, illusions and reasons why we find it so hard to quit. I stopped all nicotine replacement whilst reading it! Good luck
