How to let it go....
My husband has end stage cirrhosis. Each time he has another drink, it cuts me in two. I am miserable, and he is miserable. He has been hospitalised/near death twice in the last year. How can I separate the man from the action? I know he is killing himself and that makes me angry and sad, but I

Hello everyone, in a 19 year old female and Lately I've been having some scares with my heart. Anxiety and Me
Hi Everyone. I was recently diagnosed with PVCs. The doctor told me it's due to anxiety. All heart tests are okay. I was prescribed Xanax but I am too afraid to take it. Anxiety makes everything scary. I have been crying a lot, very bad days. Heart starts, then the lightheadedness. I can't even stand

Am I crazy? Bladder, UTIs, IC & Endo
From about age 14-15 (when I started my period) I remember having excruciating and completely crippling period pain. I also had a really weak bladder. I'd get bad urgency walking home from school when I neared my house/a toilet and sometimes wouldn't be able to hold it in and also urinated during my

Anxiety and PVC's
I have had PVC's for 34 years. I thought I had gotten used to them and had learned to live with them. This year since I have begun menopause I have gotten my anxiety back. I have PVC's and then get very anxious. I have had to leave work and am barely functioning. I wish I could come to terms with all

Urinary symptoms
Has anyone experienced urinary symptoms after their lap (in Dec)? I wake up with what feels like a full bladder in the morning and a general feeling that my bladder isn't empty. I also have central abdominal pain that's constant. Any ideas ladies?

Hysterectomy & Bladder Hydrodistention w/cytoscopy
I have stage 2 Endometriosis and have been having a lot of urinary frequency with pain and the Dr. thinks that I probably have Interstitial Cystitis, as they occur in 2/3rds of those with Endo. He also mentioned it being Endo's evil twin, lol. Anyway, I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy and hydro/cytoscopy

Tips on managing stress and keeping a positive mental attitude.
Since finding out that I probably have diabetes and assuming I have cirrhosis I've switched off. My wife is angry at me because I can't just carry on as normal. She always assumed I was a hyperchondriac and she knew I didn't drink that heavily most of the time, which has probably not helped me identify

Cirrhosis, Road to a Liver Transplant
Hi, I was diagnosed with cirrhosis a year ago and now my liver is doing worse and have been referred to Addenbrook Hospital to see if I am a candidate for a liver transplant. I have my first appointment next week at the hepatology clinic and really scared. What can I expect at this visit and what happens

I constantly feel like I need to wee and I'm getting a lot of pressure & burning. I've tried cystitis sachets but just been to the chemist who told ne I really

Clustered supraventricular beats
Hi all In addition to ventricular beats, m y reveal device is showing clustered supraventricular beats. When they happen it feels like I have about ten extra beats in quick succession. When they have finished my heart pounds extra hard and fast for a couple of seconds and I get a bit of a rush of blood
