error in liver studies

Has anyone had " clear" ultrasound and ct scan only to to find out later

they had advanced cirrhosis?

No never , the only time I have had any scans was during diagnosis

Yes. My boyfriend was told three times it was definitely not his liver and at least one of these was after an ultra sound

Yes. I was told all clear. Liver biopsy then showed NASH. had a scan after that which included all internal organs and again was told all clear and very surprised that I had NASH from the operator.
