I have had PVC's for 34 years. I thought I had gotten used to them and had learned to live with them. This year since I have begun menopause I have gotten my anxiety back. I have PVC's and then get very anxious. I have had to leave work and am barely functioning. I wish I could come to terms with all of this.

Anxiety and PVC's
Hi logan135, in all those years that you put up with PVC's, were you ever offered medication to control them? If not, this may be the time to have something to quiet them down since you are barely functioning. I wish you well. Heart palps are a lot to contend with.
I understand what you mean about learning to live with palpitations because I did the same thing . But when I entered menopause I felt like ton of bricks fell on me with soooo many strange symptoms. I think the menopause makes what we already have worse so we just have to eat healthier and take extra care of ourselves . When I focus on the symptoms it makes my body feel worse. I'm trying to focus on God's protection to carry me through. I'm praying for you . Keep holding on. Eat well, find ways to distract yourself by doing something you enjoy, light walking and stretching.
