Got my second hba1c test report!!
Hi All, Hope you are doing good! Today, I got my second hba1c test report and value came back as 5.7%. Three months before it was 5.9%. In the last 3 months, I have reduced my weight from 89 kg to 75 kg. My target is 68 kg. I was expecting that my hba1c value will be somewhere around between 5 to 5.3%

Couch to 5k help
So this Couch to 5k thing? Is it ok to repeat a week? I am 55 and a bit overweight - due to start week 4 but found week 3 a bit of a struggle. Breathing fine, no probs with lactic acid, but lower legs a bit painful during the run - I didn't have that problem with week 1 or the step up at week 2. Just

Black Coffee and glucose
Came across these lines and want to have opinions from the forum. Black Coffee increases the cortisol levels which in turn signals the liver to release more glucose for the much needed energy. Yes, coffee indeed raises blood glucose.

Started stimulation, any advice?
Hi, I've started my stimulation injections tonight, we now have a scan next Friday to check follicles. Today they said I had 6 follicles on one ovary and 11 on the other. Does anyone have any advice on trying to minimise risk of ovarian hyperstimulation? Someone told me about high protein diet x

First Medichecks results - Show new problems, since discharge from Endocrinologists and self medicating.
After obtaining a print out of NHS results I saw a HBA1C result of 39 mmol (20-48) I had never heard of it but my research revealed 39 is the level they diagnose
