it is 5.6 now with this life style

breakfast :

wheat paratha 1.5, chipkeas salan or omlete or daal with a cup of raw yogurt and cumber occasionaly

evening snack:

medium apple , 1or2 guavas a pack of wheatable sugar free biscuit

dinner:

1.5 wheat roti with a salan of chicken/mutton/sabzi, a cucumber

night snack: a glass of cow milk without sugar

no exercise, no walk 😆

I am glad this has worked for you.

Can I ask, why no exercise? I do very little because of other health conditions but I know that exercise is good for health so I try to do some every day, even if just a few steps and stretches.
