I was wonder if there are any good idea on how I can treat this anxiety I have at the moment. My main problem is I don't want to leave the house by myself, it make me feel sick, I get tight across the chest, butterflies in my stomach and sweaty to. Feeling Dizzy when standing still?
I feel dizzy when standing in one place, like the room is moving. I am a 17 year old college student and was diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety disorder) a few weeks ago and given prescribed medication by my GP. Is it normal to feel lightheaded/dizzy at times? I explained how I was feeling to my GP

I have been suffering panic attacks and general anxiety disorder for about 3 years this time. I have had previous panic attack episodes in the past but they did not last this long. I used to take Zoloft and buspar for this and had about 15 years of not much problems. About 4 years ago I decided I wanted

Crowds, people I don't know, toilets.....
I hate meeting people I don't know. I hate crowds. I won't go to a party. Yes it sounds weird for an ex model, ex actress to be so scared to get attention or to be in a room full of people. If I go to the supermarket I have to immediately go to the toilet, not once, not twice but many times. And I'm

Bell's Palsy diagnosis
Hi everyone - yesterday was quite hellish - spent 3 hrs in A&E since the left side of my face had become paralysed. It all started Saturday night with the odd shooting pain through the gland under my left ear. On Sunday evening, my lips on the left hand side had started feeling numbish like after a dental

Back spasms and ankylosing spondylitis?
Does anyone know if you are more likely to have back spasms when you have AS? Had the worst spasm yesterday, lost consciousness for a few minutes, couldn't move when I came round, and ended up having to be taken to A&E by ambulance. My husband was out so my kids witnessed my fall and managed to get help

Lost
Hya all, my head is in the shed I don't know what to think. But I can't think about anything other than my dad. I've got so many questions and I'll never know the answers. My dad died Monday at home, he showed no obvious signs of being bad (I mean needing hospital treatment) he went to bed as normal

Pred and diazapam
I have , slightly against my better judgement, arranged to visit my daughter in Norway for Christmas and have been prescribed diazepam to counteract my nervousness about flying. Does anyone know of any interaction with prednisolone? I've just been rather alarmed by reading about the effects of cold weather
