Any meds that... work?
Hi everyone, much love to you all. I've been diagnosed with all kinds of things over the years, but predominantly bipolar. However, I don't get the manic highs (which is obviously good), just the crashing lows. I never know how I'm going to feel each day I wake up, so I'd say it's more like Cyclothymia

Diazepam
I have been on 2mg for a while now which I usually halve at a time. Not sure but the latest script I have feels weak, in that they are softer when breaking in half and don't appear to feel the same strength, ie. taking a little more to ease the symptoms. Anyone else experiencing this of late. Could

Severe RLS Augmentation on Pramipexole
I just discovered this wonderful site. I am 69, female, and live in Quebec, Canada. I have had RLS since I my youth and can identify with so many of your struggles. When officially diagnosed in my 20’s, I was prescribed clonazepam which helped for a few years. I then was referred to a neurologist and

Hi I’m 16 months PP and doing much better and feeling more myself. Taking 1/2 a milogram of lorazepam some days to help with anxiety as some days I do struggle and just don’t feel right. My daughter hasn’t slept good this week and my mind is going into overdrive and been thinking about what happens if

My PT.
I was interested to read all your posts about your experience with the big T! In the beginning I researched it until I was blue in the face! My GP - a newbie - was quite happy to tell me that in some cases catastrophic outcomes 'could' occur as a result of PT....I won't go into it, but I spent weeks

Expected new diagnosis of Myositis and my concerns
I know pretty much most of this is in my Bio and is just a copy paste to introduce myself. Can be scary when you have been a relatively healthy person all your life and a Doctor tells you you "have" something with a name. I am a 50yr old male and I have been suffering from muscle spasms for approximately

Feeling rubbish withdrawing from Diazepam/Valium
Hi Has anyone else experienced coming off of Diazepam or similar benzodiazepines? I’ve been on Diazepam for over 10 months (so a LOT longer than the recommended 2 weeks max to avoid addiction). I’ve been slowly weaning off of it over the last month or so, with doctor’s approval, and for the most part

Sertraline & Diazepam
Hi guys. So after dealing with really high and intense anxiety again, my doctor has prescribed me with Sertraline & Diazepam. Of course i am terrified of the side effects and increased anxiety for the first while. I know everyone is different and it affects everyone differently. I have just heard so

coming off medications
My psychiatrist has recently raised the idea of reducing my medications for anxiety/depression/borderline personality disorder, and I’m absolutely petrified of returning to that dark place again. I’ve completed CBT and DBT and am still in weekly therapy. Current main medications are: Lamotrigine 500mg

Hi all, Special welcome to those who have just come on here, and many thanks for your feedback. Well I'll drone on a bit more but will try not to bore you and give you my life story. But this may be relevant for a few that are suffering tinnitus..especially PT. It doesn't help my PT as I also have

I had a mental breakdown the other day and ended up in hospital because my medication regime was changed for no reason. As I have said elsewhere I take 2, 5 mg tablets of diazepam per week and have for a very, very long time with no problems. Yes I'd like more to enable me to get out of the house more
