anybody here takes diazepam 10mg???

I take 2mg , not all the time but sometimes , I have also taken 5mg as well in the past

10 mg is quiet a high dose , has your Doctor prescribed this ?

Yes my doct prescribed yesterday. Just for relax and fall sleep. My tension in my neck is to bad.

Well like I said that i quiet a high dose but if your Doctor has prescribed them then they know or should know what they are doing , you can only try them and see how you get on which you will have to let us know how you do but be careful not to take them long term as they can be addictive short term and when needs must though they can be a life saver x
