Trying to find a solution.
Hello, I have been struggling with anxiety and with depressions since I was 14 yrs old. For over 50 years I have used diazepam, managed to come off them 30 months ago. The last 7 years I have been taking mirtazapine and I try to come off those as well but for some reason I can’t quit mirtazapine.

someone help me
so for years I got occasional ectopics. Was difficult to not panic at first but I got used to them. Felt like they were bought on from the gurgles in my stomach so eating or burping helped. fast forward to two days ago and I end up in hospital as I woke up at 5am with CONSTANT ectopics. Like every 5

Sertraline
I think I know what everyone is going to say but does anyone have anything positive to say about sertraline and restless legs? If anybody followed my previous post I have stage 4 breast cancer and need a mild antidepressant to help me cope. Having chatted with my GP we both feel I would benefit more

Movicol making me sick
every time I take it I feel sick and it doesn't soften my stool (at least not the left side of my abdomen) . Maybe it's my other meds (olanzapine, Zolpidem, lorazepam, dycloverine/alverine), but if you're feeling sick bloated, left sided stool feels harder than before you took it and you've sweating

Chronic Migraines & antidepressants
I take rizatriptan & botox injections for migraines and I'm down to approximately 9 a month. I also have major depression disorder & multiple anxieties. I was able to tolerate antidepressants for many years but after trying TMS, I became extremely medication sensitive and had to stop taking antidepressants

Crippling Anxiety
Thankyou for letting me join. I am also on the gastritis and thyroid hub as I have both conditions too. I suffered severe anxiety when my husband died unexpectedly in 2008 from a heart attack. He was only 42yrs old so I went into shock . Anyway fast forward to now and I've managed to rebuild my life

Finding a cause for my Vertigo
Hope this finds everyone having a peaceful and relatively pain-free day— I have been suffering from vertigo for almost a week (the attack began in the middle of the night last Friday). I’ve been seen twice so far: the first trip was to urgent care where they tried to patch me up with Meclazine and

tinnitus first post
hi all Matthew here. Thought I’d do my first post as I’m struggling. I have had a high pitched ringing mainly in left ear for about a month, see ent in a few days. It’s not hearing loss or an ear infection. Also found out from blood test I’m hypothyroid so started meds for that last week. Apparently

Switching from three meds to one (Pregabalin, clonazepam, and ropinerole) - I hope! I hate ropinerole! I need help.
I’ve been struggling to manage my restless legs. Was on 300 mg Pregabalin for fibromyalgia and 1 mg clonazepam for RLS for about 6 years and then I decided to try to come off of all prescription meds. I didn’t know at the time that Pregabalin was helping with my RLS. I wasn’t suffering during that time

Sensitive to Thyroid Brand Changes?
Looking for some input from folks please. Moreso as evidence in that I can get my GP to ensure my scripts are of certain brands because it seems that I am brand sensitive, especially having Hashi's and gut issues. I steered away from TEVA like most when I discovered it made me feel ill after a few

Diazepam/Valium
I was subscribed Valium in the late 1970s & it worked in that it cured my social anxiety & I could live a normal life. I got married, had children & bought a house. Everything was fine apart from the fact I was addicted for over 40 years but as long as I had the tablets, I was happy & content. I managed

Severe anxiety and gastritis
Sorry but this is a long post but im feeling so helpless. Ive been on levothyroxine for 20 odd yrs, no massive problems except over the years I have had bouts of anxiety, osteoarthiritis and menieres disease. I developed gastritis due to being a stressy person. This flared up badly beginning of august

lorazepam effect in elderly
my father (89) has just been prescribed Lorazepam- he has dementia and has nightmares at night and poor sleep. The lorazepam seems to help him sleep but he’s in a terrible state during the day, very disoriented and depressed- he’s been on it 4 days and I’m worried - my question is should he keep taking

Asking GP for a referral
Hi, hoping someone can give some advice? I have PMR, currently managing at 4mg Prednisolone and recently had an Xray on my thoracic and lumbar spine, which has shown wedge shape fractures, I don't know how many or exact areas. My GP prescribed in advance of my Xray, because it took so long to get
