Aftermath of horrible pimply rash on skull with Ibrutinib

Another illness intervened with the writing ( see my next message ). But now I am much better and can let you know what has happened with the unbearable pimply rash that

A skin rash
I have had itchy skin now for about 3/4 weeks and spots are starting to appear all over my body and getting worse and more itchy everyday. I am taking antihistamines and trying a cream the doctor gave for dry skin and they haven’t been working. I had an IUD fitted about 6 weeks ago could that be causing

Wheezing Cough
Takes me about an hour in the morning to stop coughing, as soon as I get out of bed I feel so bunged up in my chest and throat & I really can’t stop coughing until I clear mucus . That’s not easy as it doesn’t want to clear , my shoulders and head hurt and I can’t breathe very well even with the ventolin

Alternatives to Montelukast
Can anyone provide suggestions as to what other asthma medicine I could ask my Dr fir instead of Montelukast? I took this for 28 days and it was awful... Terrible anxiety so I stopped. I have seasonal allergic asthma and take antihistamine plus on blue and brown inhaler. My breathing was very much improved

How do I know if my asthma is mild/moderate etc?
I have ongoing daily symptoms (coughing/rattly phlegmy chest/intermittent tightness) and have had so for 4 years now. I have just been given Fostair 200/6 inhaler instead of my usualAirFluSal and continue to take montelucast, mometasone nasal spray and an antihistamine. GP says if this doesn't work

Itching.
I have no idea what I’m expecting anyone to help with but I get so sick of being fobbed off by doctors that I just feel the need to vent somewhere. To give a brief history I’ve not felt well since the birth of my 6th child 7 years ago. Exhaustion, sleep issues, period issues, I got diagnosed in 2019

How do you deal with flare-ups?/Has anyone developed MCAS or histamine intolerance following Covid?
I have only been having MCAS symptoms for last 6 months so this is all new to me and i still have not had a diagnosis so i am muddling through on my own. Was starting to feel better on a low histamine diet and some supplements but recently had a reaction to a supplement so was already experiencing

ITCHING and PV
I have had Polycythemia Vera for 11 years controlled with Hydrea 2xdaily, only my leucocyte count keeps going up and Monocytes are off the scale, just up and up this year, no-one can tell me why. I have also developed IBS. Seems probable I have developed mastocytosis ie mast cell proliferation from basophils

Causes of UP...
This is just a hunch but for those of you adults with Ulticaria Pigmentosa, do you recall being stung (wasps, bee, jellyfish) around the time it started. I know we don’t really know the causes yet, but looking back, I remember being stung by a jellyfish in Malaysia and feeling tingles and raised heart

Skin Rash
My 31 year old has this skin rash (photo's attached) she did go to hospital as it made her throat swell, she was given antihistamines and antibiotics but it has got worse, the hospital has given her an epi pen, just incase it might be some sort of anaphylaxis, she has said it is painful and has spread

Can anyone help with itching problems associated with taking Hydroxycarbamide
Hello. My issue began in August 2020 with a persistent itch to my upper right arm which when scratched became worse. The itching spread to my back and legs and became intolerable. Consulting my GP I discovered that I had had a high platelet count since 2017. This had never bothered me until the itching
