Feosol. Are these claims real?
Hi there I am still researching. I tried splitting my 20mg ferrous bisglycinate in half and it still made me drowsy and horrible. It clears after three or so hours... is it because it's all going in at once? Please if you could take a look at this product as I would love to hear your views. Feosol

Direct switch of meds
Hi I was wondering if anyone has any experience with a direct switch of medication? I was on 150 mg of Effexor XR then went to 75 mg for 1 week then right into 100 mg of Zoloft. Effexor works good for me but I’m experiencing some OCD issues I’d like to control so my doctor and therapist said it wouldn

New found panic
Hi, I've always been one to go out and be social and do new things, in fact I love it. I recently stopped a weed addiction about a month ago and since then I started experiencing random but consistant panic attacks, is that normal?! Like I'll usually have one around 1:30 everyday and sometimes I'll

Facial Flushing and heat continued after Prostap/ Leuprorelin
I went on course of prostap for 3 or 4 months for a surgery. I have been off Prostap now for 2 years and I still experience facial flushing and heat whenever I get hot, anxious or nervous or sometimes when I drink alcohol. Sometimes for no reason at all! Its really starting to get to me, as going bright

IBS-D help
I have just had blood tests and stool tests to have a check up and came back normal which has stopped me worrying. I suffer from IBS-D and have Alverine and loperamide from the doctor. Does anyone have any other good remedies to try and help? I know probiotics don’t work for everyone but just wondering

Paxil withdrawal
I went from 30s to 20s. That was not a bad transition. Then I really, really tried to go from 20s to 10s. WOW. I haven’t cried so much since my nervous breakdown in 2019 and part of 2020. I was sweating, my heart was racing, my blood pressure was off the chart and no sleep. I ended back on the

Guidance
Good evening to anyone reading this, Haven’t posted in a while because I think I’ve been in a bit of denial and most recently am starting to face myself and my struggles head on. I’m 22 years old now and have no idea what I’m doing with my life. That sentence just about sums up why I’m writing this.

Afraid of making mistakes
A lot of my lifelong struggle with anxiety stems from my fear of making mistakes. When I was growing up, my parents would tell me "just do the best you can," but it was clear that what they meant was "be perfect." I internalized that message, and throughout my life I have been unable to accept my

Trying to improve
I’m struggling with personal motivation. I feel like, much more than is healthy, I have been living my life for the happiness of others and thinking of the benefit of others before myself. I want to acknowledge my progress because that is as important. Just being able to recognize what areas I need to
