Ruled by anxiety
Hi all. This is my first post. I'd like to say that I have been taking Effexor for years, and have been given Xanax as well, which I never take simply because I want to limit my intake of pharmaceuticals. The Effexor has done nothing for me, and it is so very difficult to wean off of it, which I decided

Demons are back
And it’s my fault. I am hating myself right now when I know I need to give myself compassion. I wish I was better, don’t feel good enough. Stressful couple of days when a family friend visited got me anxious and now I’m resorting back to bad habits that leave me feeling depressed. And I’ve been so sick

I hate psychiatrists and I dont know what to do
Okay, this is gonna be a long one so buckle up! I had my first huge panic attack when I was 17. It was in class, triggered by a random dizzy spell. I went to my primary care doctor and told her about it. She immediately prescribed me .25 Xanax to take as needed and Zoloft. I didn't even know anything

Where do I find meaning between all this noise? I feel there is nothing left and the mistakes keep mounting. I have no hope of anything...
I want to redo my whole life. I want to start over, and I would absolutely do it if it was as easy as pushing a button. But yet, I fear making even worse mistakes. That is the greatest "cringe" of my life: I cannot redo anything and that the problem is still there with me. Like my shadow I lug all my

Hi this is my first time posting here. I’ve always been healthy and athletic but ever since I went on Paxil almost one year ago I gained weight. Today I decided this is it. I’m going to lose it. I walk and run occasionally jump on a trampoline occasionally but now I’m going to really step it up. I’m

Take one step at a time! ❤️☀️☮️☯️🌸🌈🧘🏻♀️🕉🙏

Travel!!
I’ve been having a few good days (which are rare), and have come to a realization. I need to stop making fucking excuses and just start traveling ! I have started exploring my own city a lot more recently last summer and I went for a walk yesterday listening to music and realized how much I really

Paxil Symptoms
I’m on day 6 of of Paxil. First time ever taking it. I’m 61 and have IBS-d. My dr thinks Paxil will help because I’m always worried about everything. The med is giving me horrible symptoms. Nausea and no appetite. Scares me because it could be something else. Please help me and tell me these symptoms

New to this
Hi, this is my first post. Currently at hospital with my sister who is having knee replacement surgery. She'll be coming back to my apartment afterwards. Kinda nervous about that. We get along great but my apartment is small and I have a new puppy so it may be a bit of a mad house. But I'd do anything

Anxiety and Arachnophobia
Okay this might be dumb but my anxiety is through the roof. This is about spiders. I was lying in bed, trying to sleep but I was pretty awake whatever I feel something on my arm and I brush it off but I could see it was kinda big and was 90% sure it was a bug. So I jump out of bed and turn on my lights

Will I ever overcome the agrophobia
Hi all. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety about 4 years ago now. I've battled with it but had highs and lows too. I take medication for my depression and for the most part it's okay. I have worked so hard to overcome so many anxieties but the one that's stayed is this fear of going to other

Astra Zeneca Covid Vaccine and Sertraline interaction
Has anyone found that the covid vaccine has interfered with how their sertraline is working? I feel like I’m in withdrawal. It’s 9 days since vaccine and I’m getting progressively worse. Interested in anyone else’s experiences as there have been no studies on drug interactions with the covid vaccines

My Thoughts on Xanax/Alprazolam
I have dealt with Depression/Anxiety for many years now. I have taken Xanax/Alprazolam to help with that. For me, it has worked well and I have no side effects with it. I am fully aware that it is a medication that you don't want to be on for a long period of time due to the addiction factor that

Lacking Direction
I’ve been trying to do more soul searching recently in a bid to improve my overall mental state and I’ve realized a decent amount of my self hate comes from my lack of motivation or purpose I have felt for over a year now. I recently watched a TED talk on happiness(you don’t find happiness, you create

New and horrifically unfit...
Hi everyone! I get horrifically stressed and suffer awful anxiety attacks, and cyclical vomiting syndrome when too stressed. I have always HATED running, but I’d really love to achieve the couch to 5k- and I would like to see if running can help with my stress. I’ve completed the first couple of week

Feosol. Are these claims real?
Hi there I am still researching. I tried splitting my 20mg ferrous bisglycinate in half and it still made me drowsy and horrible. It clears after three or so hours... is it because it's all going in at once? Please if you could take a look at this product as I would love to hear your views. Feosol
