I just started Meds for anxiety
I’d love to know and connect to people that are taking medication. I’ve always been someone who fought through panic attacks naturally and spiritually but after an extreme experience with it, I have been prescribed klonapin and lexapro. Would love to connect to people have been taking this or who have

Cetrotide - getting it all out
Hello. I'm doing my first egg freezing cycle. I've been okay with the other injections but today was the first time with cetrotide and I found it really tricky. A lot of air bubbles and I couldn't get all of the solution out. Does anyone have any tips to get it all out? I was wondering whether I should

Fecal impaction after hysterectomy?
Fecal impaction after hysterectomy. I’m in 3 phosphate enemas a day and ten senna tablets a day. Morphine for pain. Had moviprep and no benefit seen. Waiting for mri scan results. Not sure if nerves have been impacted by the surgery. It’s been six weeks now and quite exhausted.

Left over anxiety
My anxieties come in the form of
phobias
. A fear of something will go away and another will appear in its place. I get so tired. I am better equipped to deal with it then in the past. I am thankful for that. It still can be so draining .

Alone and so tired.
I have a long history as a pretty high functioning person with depression, anxiety and more recently PTSD. The depression has become treatment resistant. I have tried so many meds, ECT, TMS, Ketamine and now Spravato along with three outpatient programs. I am attending IOP now. But I still feel so down

I feel I'm in some kind of crisis.
I'm still having low mornings, especially when I have little or not much to do. I live alone and really feel alone when in that horrible state of mind. I have no one I can just lift the phone to talk to. I have to do everything myself. I feel so low and anxious sometimes and feel numb with anxiety. I

Paroxetine question
Anyone else who takes paroxetine and still feel the same? I've been taking it 7 weeks now, no change except for side effects of constipation and sweating in public. I also yell in my sleep unknowingly.

New to antidepressants (sertraline) - take it or leave it
I was feeling really down for the several months. I am waking up with no energy and trying to smile and looking happy as I have a little son (1,5y). I have spoken to my Gp about all my other worries and feelings etc. He has prescribed me a sertraline 50mg. I have never taken any antidepressants so I

Hi All, I’m new on here. Really having a lot of anxiety today and feeling lonely, negative self talk. Fears about new job and being alone. It’s not ALL bad of course. I’m thankful for many things but would like to learn to be kinder to myself. What works for you? Has anyone tried Cognitive Behavioral

New to group
Hello all- happy to be a part of this group! I myself do not suffer from anxiety and depression, but my 10 year old son does. Looking for tips and tricks to help support him and help ease his worry. My son is on meds for ADHD, Anx and Dep, but looking for non-medicine remedies that could help him.

I’m about to start taking Mirtazepine for anxiety and depression. I have been using Lorazepam for 10-15 years at low dosage ( 1-2mg). .... it doesn’t seem to work as well anymore. I’m concerned about the sedative effect as I need to be up in the morning and functioning for family reasons. I have tried
