scared of dying
I guess one of my many problems or or at least the one that is dominant right now is my fear of dying. I've always had it and after having six bypasses at 42 and a stent when I was 51+ other medical conditions, I always felt it was justified. But now with the coronavirus and the high probability that

Need Support
My Anxiety has been getting worse. I am 33 years old and can’t stop thinking about the unknown and dying. My brain is racing non stop about fear of death and hurting the people I love. I have a sense of hopelessness, I know it is an irrational fear but no matter what I do I cant stop thinking about it

I don't know much about depression but it has another name. Depletion. We can experience it when we have nervous exhaustion and have lost hope. And we can experience it as the hand maiden to anxiety: we become depressed at the thought of facing another day of high anxiety. Anxiety has a lot to answer

W1R3 - Rain supreme
If I’d just gone out five minutes earlier I would’ve timed it perfectly. As it was, I had a very good run before the weather, wait for it, CLOUDED my vision. Let’s just say my spirits... WERE DAMPENED. WATER WAY to end a run. I got wet. So I was better prepared for this one. I had lunch today so

Sertraline
Hi After months of anxiety especially panic attacks whilst driving ( I drive for a living so not helpful ) I started on 50mg of sertraline . Had all the side effects for first week then that subsided , then the increased anxiety etc. Spoke to doc who advised to stick it out and it did calm down however

Pain in heel
I have found that doing longer runs causes a twinge in my right heel. It's not constant or painful but it makes me nervous to run longer distances in case I get injured (I get quite anxious about this). I'm up to week 7 and a bit scared to keep on going. I think my trainers probably aren't helping as

Didn’t last long
Well had a pretty decent day yesterday but this morning? Completely different health anxiety at its peak The usual symptoms only this time had many nervous toilet runs. Dilated pupils on sertraline
Hello this is my second day of starting sertraline and I have been prescribed 50mgs once a day. I have taken the correct dosage and exactly 24hrs apart and already feel a difference. I almost feel strange and dizzy in a blur and have to lay down at times. I’ve noticed my pupils are very big and it’

This is a nightmare
I have been having what feels like one long panic attack that won't go away. I feel like a terrible feeling of fear and like I'm going to die or go crazy. It's the worst feeling. Like I want to die just to not feel it, although that is ironic since I'm afraid of death. I wouldn't actually hurt myself

Baseline scan today 🤞🏼🙏🏻
So today was baseline scan day, I have 5 Antral follicles on my left ovary and only 1 on my right 🙈. Feeling a bit disappointed that there doesn’t appear to be much action on my right ovary as my last cycle I had 3 on my right and 4 on left. Guess being a year older now (age 44) makes a huge difference

Panic and anxiety at night
Today I’m having an episode of panic attack mix with intense anxiety; it happened out of nowhere like they always do. Having trouble breathing, feel my chest heavy and having this weird fear that can’t cope. I have done my breathing exercises and now I’m here talking about it. I have a cat and I’m pretty

Doing better :)
Hey guys! I'm doing a lot better than I was over the weekend. I went to the doctor and they upped my medication and I'm in counseling now too. This place is also helping as well. I'm glad I'm not alone in this struggle. Sometimes I write in a journal, listen to calming music, and go for a walk. Usually

Reusing blood tube holder? Is it safe? Went to get blood done today. Please help.
Hey everyone, please help me out here. This is freaking me out and panicked, having anxiety. I went to get blood draw today at Lifelab and as I went in room I saw there was a man inside but actually he was in wrong room number and hasn’t get his blood done yet. So I saw blue tube holder was on table

How best to prepare for the 12 week appointment
Hi, I've recently had my 8 week appointment which was done in two parts due to covid. A quick 15 min appointment at the clinic to take bloods, blood pressure and urine and a 45 min phone call with the community midwife to go through all the health questions. I've not had an introduction to my actual

Struggling
I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety off and on for the past year. Last year around this time I wasn’t able to leave the house without having anxiety and shaking uncontrollably. All I did was lay in bed and cry. I was the lowest I have ever been! I tried prozac, lexapro and Zoloft and
