Please someone reassure me that this is another IBS flare up
Last year I went through a bad phase with my bowels, had numerous doctor visits and blood/stool tests. The doctor said IBS again due to negative results and also based on my previous history of negative tests along with normal sigmoidoscopy. I've been having sporadic bad IBS flares which appear different

Gp says on test results she cannot recommend any thing other than
paracetamol
. My thyroid meds have been increased to 100mgs as numbers not great via latest Medichecks. Currently working with complementary therapies and probiotics to restore good gut health. xCarole

Help please!
I'm now so desperate to get some help as
paracetamol
doesn't touch it. It seems as though unless I pay to see a rheumatologist nothing will be done anytime soon. How does anyone get help for this?

Pain in arms after handling heavy goods
I tried
paracetamol
, no help. I am successfully down to 2.5mg prednisolone but though 'is this a flare' so upped it to 3mg. It's only the day after but blimey do my arms hurt.Could this be a flare or just because I was lifting? Has the 2 years of prednisolone weakened my muscles?

pain!
Paracetamol
, naproxen and amitriptyline . The Dr also recently prescribed morphine which done absolutely nothing so stopped taking it. He has now trying me on gabapentin which I’ve been on for a week with no difference. My question is is there anything else I could be given?

pain relief - amytriptyline
Ibuprofen and
paracetamol
did nothing - I think that’s because it’s nerve pain but I’m not sure. I spoke to my GP and she prescribed amitriptyline and so far it’s been brilliant. The pain isn’t gone completely but it’s made a massive difference to my mobility, especially in the morning.

Back pain
Apologies in advance for the long post After a bit of a battle with Rheumatology I had a Pet scan back in February that was suggestive of mild PMR They had previously diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia at the age of 51 as I was far to young for PMR and my blood work was unremarkable I was given 15mg of Pred

is it back again?
My left arm doesn’t like the movement of putting arm in a sleeve but I can lift it up with not too much discomfort, so I’m wondering if that is rotator cuff or some other similar thing rather than the pmr as it’s only my left arm 🤔 I take Zapain 30/500 ( codeine/
paracetamol
) which seems to help with

Moderate pelvis pain; 17 days post failed embryo transfer; should I be worried?
Ive tried to take ibuprofen,
paracetamol
, use heat packs and drink chamomile tea but the pain still persists. Seems to come in waves and I think has peaked but still ongoing today. Is this normal after a failed transfer, should I be worried that I am still in (just about bearable) pain?

Sunday morning, got the K tape out and taped up my knee, took a light breakfast with a side order of 2
paracetamol
and made my way to Blackheath to join 50,000 other runners.

Will take some
paracetamol
. Found the experience more stressful and more uncomfortable than having my cataracts done but not quite as bad as a recent colonoscopy.

Burning pain to side of scapular post several breast ops - anyone have this too?
I have a lot of lumps and spasmed areas anyway, all over my body due to connective tissue disease, sjogrens, inflammatory arthritis etc, so am having a lot of massage and acupuncture but this really isn't helping, neither has increase in codeine, on top of my usual
paracetamol
and pregabalin.
