GCA? or something else?
I took a couple of
paracetamol
for the headache...which did not get worse but the zigzgs didn't go, so I took 10 mg of pred...in 30 minutes my vision was back to normal. I remained in a darkened room, without working, for a few hours...and it hasn't come back.

I’ve tried taking
Paracetamol
when the aching starts. It eases it a bit but doesn’t take it away. Any advice greatly appreciated thank you. Tiggy 🌸

I am very worried I’ve damaged my liver from recent accidental staggered overdose over course of a month of
paracetamol
. I’m very worried about drug induced liver injury. My blood tests have been within normal range too but I just cannot stop worrying. Many thanks

Support after Diagnosis and advice
I've had my diagnosis now of chronic pain and fibromyalgia last week over a very lengthy appointment, still in loads of pain and even morning stiffness and aches, no mention of using a walking aid if I really need it. we discussed pain relief which after the nurse decided to stay on

Am I right to suspect endometriosis and ask to see a private specialist?
Mefenamic acid didn’t really do anything, neither did ibuprofen or
paracetamol
. I get period pain also that starts in my tummy and then goes all down both legs though sometimes does it more in my left leg and mum said that’s normal for periods pain.

PMR or not?
I was taking 4
paracetamol
a day and that seemed to do the job. GP said no we still have to do PRED. I asked for another blood test. It came back with 56 and 34, but most symptoms are so much better as long as i take the
paracetamol
. What should I do, take the PRED or see how it goes?

High Gamma GT results due to medication?
The month before the test I was suffering from a covid-like bug (I tested negative 3 times) and was taking
paracetamol
each day, and the week before trapped a nerve in my neck so was taking ibuprofen and then naproxen. My question is: could this have given me the high gamma GT results?

I honestly think I’ve done everything I possibly could (but have had to resort to 7.5ml morphine sulphate and 2
paracetamol
to get me out of bed and a Diazepam and 2
paracetamol
at night to help me sleep. I am honestly dreading what another PC will put me through.

Not sure of next steps after recent endometriosis diagnosis
They discharged me from hospital with a month's supply of the pill and
paracetamol
for the pain but no follow up plan. I started doing some research and noted that the advice is to be referred to Endo specialist. I asked the GP for a referral and they have said that they can't do it.
