side effects of tapering
I reduced successfully from 7 to 6mg a year ago and have been trying to reduce a bit further recently. My 6mg was split into 5mg in the morning and 1mg at night. I decided to split the 1mg tablet every few days and got down to alternate days. Going lower wasn’t a success however; I tried once a week

Thankful
He has not had to take any
pain
medication since mid day on 1/11/24. Before that he was having to take Oxycodone 10mg every 4 hours or so He does have a issue due to being a diabetic keeping his glucose level down.

Leg cramps
I drink a lot of Matcha tea with honey, also squash. One coffee breakfast but I still get cramp. My feet feel as they try to curl under, legs then feel heavy and cramp up to my hips. Last night both went very quickly and getting out of bed was very painful. Standing and trying to walk was laughable.

I can only take paracetamol for
pain
, due to other problems no other
pain
killers are allowed and these do help but only for a short while.

Anybody else have
pain
on waking, from hips and legs up to arms & shoulders--not explained by exercise or lack thereof? Can barely hobble about the house to get my meds and feed the cat.

I see no point in waiting for
pain
to develop and then trying to play catch-up as it keeps ahead of my painkillers. We shall then be discussing and arranging my next visit to the hospice.

Foot pain
Does anyone experience severe foot
pain
at night? I get cramps in both my feet at night, but additionally, I get excruciating
pain
in my right foot. It feels like someone has put it in a vice and it’s crushing the bones in the top of my foot. It’s becoming unbearable 😩😩

Rebound migrane
Hi I've just returned from a holiday, where I had to take a lot of painkillers just to survive the 2 weeks, without spoiling it for everyone. I'm now trying to reduce the triptans and cocodamol, but it's very hard going without painkillers. Does anyone know how long it takes to get them out of your system
