I would contact your heamatologist nurse specialist and tell them about the bone pain and ask for some advice 're pain' and ask for a prescription.Hope you feel some relief soon

I know that pain. I put myself on 2 Tylenols 3-4x daily to deal with it. It’s helped.

Hi. I’m afraid I don’t have any helpful suggestions but wanted to offer some sympathy. Many folks with MPNs have bone pain. I believe but am not sure, that some MPN meds may help. I suggest you ask your MPN specialist. Good luck. Katie

I use an over-the-counter gel containing the NSAID diclofenac (1%). It seems to help some.

you’ll need to research it but I’m pretty sure I read that Clarityn tablets help relieve bone pain. They are an antihistamine.

I did try that far a while my mother-in-law‘s oncologist told her about it but it’s more for people that are on chemo it really didn’t help help with my allergies but it did not help with the pain.

hi, I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with bone pain, it is very debilitating. Speak to your GP about suitable pain relief that you can either buy over the counter at a pharmacy or perhaps something on prescription. Best wishes, Maz

Hi Nc3500. I too suffer from bone pain. I am not sure if it is from my PV or from my MGUS, but I have found exercise (stretches & walking) has helped. I do PT & OT every week and it's made a big difference in the bone pain. I hope you find some relief. Pain can really wreck your quality of life.
