If you have unexpected unexplained pain then it needs to be checked out, in my view. Either your doctor, or phone 111 for advice and help.
For something less urgent, you could phone British Heart Foundation cardiac nurses. From the website: Call 0808 802 1234 (freephone). Our Helpline is open weekdays 9am to 5pm*.
I am really so sorry to hear about the loss of your Husband it must be a very difficult time for you and I hope you have family and friends supporting you
This could be due to the stress you are under that you have had these pains but I would go and get checked out with my Doctor for peace of mind if they were to come more regular or stronger then I would go to A&E
I can only imagine what you are going through you will have to grieve and even though the pain will never go away it will get easier and he has left you so many happy memories for you to to treasure but been with someone 50 years is going to feel like part of you is missing I wished I could take your pain away
I am glad you are getting checked out and if you are struggling in general tell them that also
Thank you when you are going through such a difficult time and if I am honest I am not doing great but keep trying to cope the best I can
Let us know how you are doing and how your appointment goes and take it a day at a time and be kind to yourself x
Grieving is a long process, maybe your doctor can send you for grief counselling when you feel ready.
You’ve been given some good advice regarding calling 111 if you get chest pains. It could be grief or it could be serious. It won’t hurt to speak to them until you see your doctor.
