Not goodbye
After taking three different
pain
killers, doing daily physio and 9 weeks off work, I am now on the mend and my movement is nearly back to normal. My physio says running is not off the cards completely but obviously for now the physio, pilates and walks are all I need and should be doing.

What is classed as a flare?
Hi, I was diagnosed in November, had a steroid injection and started on MTX, once the steroid started wearing off the
pain
and swelling in my knees returned straight away but not in my hands, they have been great.

Pain?
I tried 'tiger balm' off Amazon for
pain
and it worked wonders. Just incase anyone wants to try it. Does give a menthol feeling but helps if anyone is interested.

Alverine and/or Simalvia - (which is alverine citrate with simethicone.) Side effects.
So far it seems ineffective on the
pain
anyway. Would love to hear other peopleās experiences please. Thinking of going back to the buscopan!

Lupus questions
I was wondering if lower back
pain
is a symptom? Or the sciatica type
pain
which goes all down my leg for that matter. My lower back ache is so much worse when I am standing about or walking.
