Sciatica is killing me
It all started about 9 months ago when I first began to feel a slight pain radiating down my leg from my hip with every step I would take. The pain remained the same up until about a week ago where my leg was in excruciating pain I can no longer walk stand for more than a couple of mins and even then

Constant Migraine with Aura, what else can I try?
Hi, I started having migraines April 2016 and they became constant August 2016. For the first few months I was in agony and didn’t leave my pitch black room, I also have to move back in with my parents. I have come a long way since then(am now able to live on my own!) but I still struggle with noise/

Worse period pain after depo?
Hi. I know this is a UK board, but I have questions that you folks may can answer. In November of 2016, I started taking the depoprovera birth control shot that stops periods and ovulation. Previously suffering from depression, the depo magnified it ten fold and forced me onto Lexapro to treat it. In

Day 1 - Taking Naproxen for the first time
This morning I woke up with the usual joint pains in my fingers, knees and foot. I swallowed my Lanzoprosole pill (with water) then showered, dressed and headed into work...with great difficulty. Even buttoning up my shirt took forever. I expected this to be another rubbish day. 2pm is my usual work

Feeling low - Recently Diagnosed (RA)
For the last few months I've been suffering from heartburn and nausea, so was put on medication (lansoprazole). Last month my joints (fingers, wrist, knees, foot) stated to ache with serve pain. I thought it was the side effects caused by a mixture of my gym workouts and lansoprazole - so I stopped taking

Xtandi update
I started Xtandi August 15, PSA 5.35. My PSA on October 13 was down to 2.04. So it seems to be working. Side effects have gotten worse , extreme fatigue, mild nausea, severe bloating and gas and shortness of breath on exertion. For pain management, I am now on 72 hour Fetanyl patch 50mcg/hr plus Hydromorphone

Stomach problems.
I've had Fibromyalgia, Emphysema, Degenerative Disc Disease and other health problems for years. I'm on a cocktail of medication, the main one being Gabapentin. I take 600 - 900 mg 3 x a day. I use to be on Naproxen but got taken off them. I was taken off them as I was getting bad pain just underneath

PBC and painkillers
Prior to diagnosis I was taking
Naprosyn
every day. I have been advised I can never take
Naprosyn
again, I cannot tolerate codeine. I now have Paracetamol during the day which does not touch the pain. I can now barely move due to the severe pain.

Newbie - advice about work please!
Hello everyone, I was newly diagnosed two weeks ago with RA. I started prednisolone 20mg tablets and have had a good response. The swelling and stiffness are much better, but I'm still getting quite a lot of pain, especially in my hands and feet. I'm starting methotrexate next week. I'm been off work

Arthritis getting worse
Hi everyone... This is my first post and my first time properly on here. I'm 27 and was diagnosed with RA about two years ago. One Step Closer
Hi all, so my first post on here was about me thinking I had early signs of RA, with a doctors appointment pending. I've had a couple of appointments and lots of blood tests, all of which came back normal. So I was back at my doctors on Monday as pain is now ridiculous. I still have full hand and wrist
