I landed early hours this morning . I got in to my aunties at 4am . I really miss lanzarote 😢.

I can feel all my pains coming I woke up this morning and was so stiff , took a while to get going . Going to start straight up on my naproxen again !

It's tough Loulamb, coming home after a great holiday and specially for you who could flare after the sunburn. Great idea to increase naproxen and look after yourself. Hope your better soon. X

Can I ask did the climate make a difference

The hot weather made a total difference for me 🙂 . I didn't have all my usual pains , only in the last few days . I didn't even taken any of my tablets . So I'm having to go straight back on it. I think a hotter country to live might be in order .

Good plan Lou. It's interesting how the heat made you better Because I find it makes me ache more and I stiffen up!. My RA friend is the same as you loving the heat as she's much better!. Good luck with back to work. X

Strange how different people are. Not looking forward to work on Monday . As last Monday one of the children passed away . So it will be very strange 😢x

Oh how very sad Loulamb. What a tragedy for you all to have to cope with!. Will there be counsellors available to help anyone who might need it?. Your certainly having different experiences in your young life, highs and lows!. Best of luck next week, certainly won't be easy for you. X

Yes because we work for the county council that's who pays us they have a service.

All these experiences now I'm sure I'll be fine in years to come ! X

I defiantly would consider moving somewhere hot . I'd rather be able to live in a different country with less pain then here with awful pain 😕 just wouldn't want to leave me family 😏

Felt very strange driving . I also was second guessing myself as in Lanzarote they drive on the other side . 😂

I learned to drive in Spain, then took my test in the UK. Those were the days I could think straight ( and I don't mean straight down the middle of the road) 😂
