Hi lovely people, I’m in the uk and looking for self help/ calm / meditation apps ?? But they need to be free with no charges after a trial or after a week etc .. don’t want to get caught out with a huge monthly bill .. does anybody know of any or use any .. I’ve googled but unsure.. recommendations please. Marie
