A grounding meditation that helps me with anxiety

Say out loud: I call upon my source to help me use the golden mean thread to heal to purity.

Imagine a strong, thick golden thread that cannot be broken and that will tie you firmly to yourself and the universe.

1) From your heart, anchor the golden mean thread to the heart of the earth.

2)Ask to sink your heart with the rhythm of the earth.

3) Keep the golden mean thread moving through the earth and toward the sun.

4) Before it reaches the sun have the golden mean create an infinity symbol and then move into the heart of the sun.

5) Ask to synch your heart to the rhythm of the sun's heart.

6) Allow the golden mean to move through the other side of the sun and come into your crown chakras.

7) As it does this ask to bring all of your fragmented selves to you- all wisdom and luck from all different lifetimes.

8) Bring it through the rest of your chakras- this allows for the connection of spirit to soul, soul to body, body to emotions, emotions to mind.

9)When it hits the earth ask the golden mean to encircle you 5 feet in every direction as protection.

10) Have the golden mean again move into your crown chakra and weave yourself into wholeness.
