Does anyone with social anxiety have any suggestions on how to stop shaking when you're talking to people you're not comfortable with? I'll occasionally feel like the muscles in my neck and face get frozen especially if I've been out socializing for a long time or I'm exceptionally nervous. Sometimes I have to excuse myself and literally go massage my face to get the muscles to relax.
Anything helps! I'm just tired of having people ask me if I'm nervous, sad, cold when it happens. The shaking goes off even in low stress situations where I'm in my comfort zone.
