Vent- Fed up roll on tomorrow.
Roll on 10pm, pills, hot shower,
massage
chair and hopefully sleep. (If I fall asleep on the
massage
chair I'm bloody staying there, I'm not setting an alarm to wake me up just so I can move to bed and suddenly be wide awake.) Tomorrow has to be better right? Sorry for the vent.

Anyone had back (muscle) spasms? Is it linked to PMR?
the GP but could only get to see a paramedic and asked for Methocarbamol which is helping a bit but would have been more use in the early stages) - rapid shallow breathing can help loosen up mucles, as can very gentle forward and side stretches and 'breathing into the painful areas - physiotherapy

Pidendal nerve entrapment Thai massage?
Does anyone know if thai
massage
would help relieve the pain? Suffered for 7 years now and really struggling lately with the pain. My problem is sitting down. I have tried every kind of specialist cushion but none seem to help. Is there anything out there I've not heard of? Thank you

Tanta Anna please help me with suggestions
I went to a Chiropractor and orthopedic
massage
which helped with muscles in the neck. but as soon as I get this flush feeling and the spikes its right back tightened. I am doing the breathing, meditation and thinking of acupuncture and other relaxation but the fact remains I feel terrible.

I have had: a warm neck buff, heat pads, deep heat,
massage
, wear a hat on most days inside and outdoors and on cold days when I'm out I feel the cold in my head so badly that I have to wear a buff, then a wooden hat and a fleece hoodie over then a coat hood over the top just to feel comfortable.

Have you been neglecting your soleus?
Maybe stretch a bit more, use that lovely
massage
gun or do a bit of targeted strengthening before I take out my legs again for a full 8k spin of a run? The achiness is at a point on my leg I couldnāt quite identify until now. Below the calves, above the ankle.

He was so pleased with me that he didnāt even need to do any sports
massage
(the best reward I could have imagined!). Instead, most of the time was spent in the gym and chatting about whatās next. Some slightly adapted physio exercises for progression. Lots of core stability work.

Random ADHD Things
I spent 10 years as a
massage
therapist who always finished their sessions 10 minutes too early before I figured out I had ADHD. I try to be the quickest at everything. I walk quickly, talk quickly, type quickly. It's definitely a sign of impulsivity.

Is it Fibromyalgia?
I am now paying for weekly soft tissue
massage
which does give some relief for a while but wondered if there is a more accurate way of diagnosing Fibromyalgia and if anyone can advise a way forward.

Made it to the finish line!!! I'm officially off the Pramaprexole, thanks to Jools and Sue!
I had no symptoms while driving, I could actually take a nap without symptoms, and have a
massage
...all without my feet bothering me! My plan is to get to either no gaba, or 100 mg. I want to thank Jools and Sue for their tireless research and the help that they offer on this blog.

The running Gods are against me!
Iāll continue with the stretches,

roller and walking until the pain has completely gone but it looks like my second event (trail 10k) might not happen for me next weekend (first one cancelled due to snow)! š¢

Chronic pain post navicular fracture surgery
I am a big advocate of more holistic therapies so have acupuncture and
massage
in addition to the medication, these provide some relief but normally capped to 24-48 hours. Any help / advice / similar experiences much appreciated, thanks!

Wonderful service!
There are also facilities for support such as
massage
, exercise, meditation... it went on and on. I told them I just want my treatment and checks organised, the rest I can sort myself. But they checked my OBS and wanted to know how I felt etc etc. I thought this was quite amazing really.

Which spa therapy is best?
My first instinct is a
massage
(which Iāve never had before). Does anyone else have experience of treatments which have helped - or not? Thank you for your always insightful and helpful comments.
