That's right. And I 'still' don't drink enough water (that includes coffee, tea) despite knowing that.
I've read/ watched many different sources on the 'amount' we need ton consume so I'm not going to state anything definitive here... Please do your own research on this...

4. Massage your tummy
Before getting out of bed when I wake up... I'll grab one of the two... big... portable massagers in my bed. I rest one of them (low speed) for 15 minutes on my tummy. I did that this morning and could not get to '15' minutes! I had to jump out of bed and head to the 'White Throne.'

5. Situps!
This one I thought of myself! If the 'massage' is recommended by several health websites...
Then... why not ... situps!
What I like about this one (and i shopped VERY HARD) ... it is ... a) very easy to setup ... took me less than an hour and the simple assembly tool is included) ... b) has an adjustable back so, for starters, I'm only doing 'half situps' like you see in the photo below.
I'm up to 120 situps daily! (6 sets of 20 reps ... divided a few hours apart).
