Pidendal nerve entrapment Thai massage?

Does anyone know if thai massage would help relieve the pain? Suffered for 7 years now and really struggling lately with the pain. My problem is sitting down. I have tried every kind of specialist cushion but none seem to help. Is there anything out there I've not heard of? Thank you

massage helps but a different type. Physical therapy massages the nerves internally to retrain and calm them down. Only thing that helped me.

In my case any massage always made my pain worse.

My nerve was entrapped. Even after having the nerve operated on and released from three spots where it was being pinched, massage still irritates the nerve.

Hi, it did not help for me. I use rolled towels for the home and in the car. I hope this works for you.

I am suffering that at the moment..Im in pain most over night .. someone said my sitting job could be a problem.. so I got a seat that protects my spine base .. and the best mattress topper I could afford..

In two nights it has helped already .. and the seat helps in the car .. fingers crossed the rest will ease up soon…x
