Depression
Hi all! I know depression is very common with fibro. I’ve recently realised I’m depressed again, and have been getting worse since July. It took me ages to realise because with previous depression I’ve been suicidal and I’m nowhere near that this time. I’m just miserable all the time, I’ve got no enthusiasm

Dilemma about visiting elderly mother in hospital 😪
Hi everyone, I hope everyone is keeping well. Can I ask your advice/opinions please. I have moderate/severe copd. My mother (79) got taken into hospital last night after being found on the floor of her flat, naked, freezing and with a shattered hip. She had been there all night and all the next day.

Post traumatic anxiety years after PP, nearly 3 years ago
Has anyone else suffered post traumatic stress related anxiety, even several years after PP from the trauma it caused you? I find that it doesn't trouble me now, most of the time but then something will trigger a traumatic memory and I suffer with insomnia for a few days. I have booked some counselling

"For when thoughts are loud on a quiet day"
This sentence has been going through my mind in the last hour. My reason for this stems from the moment I woke with the negative and unhealthy thoughts have been circulating my mind. I couldn't seem to quiet my mind or rationalise these thoughts, or get to the root of why i've been thinking this way

becoming a student again and not just a behavior issue
I have a 12-year-old boy, was top of his class. He is on medication. This year he is having some behavioral issues. I am now having trouble with the school seeing him as anything other than a behavioral issue. I am not getting services even when I ask for them, ie counseling, tutoring... anything. He

This will be the forth type of medication my husband has been prescribed. He is pretty down at the minute.
