Jealousy
I am a jealous person. I’m dating a new guy and my relationship prior to that he was abusive. However both of us were crazy jealous. The guy I’m dating now isn’t at all and honestly it bothers me some cuz I think a little jealousy shows something about how they feel about the other person. I’m not talking

Will I ever stop regretting?
Hi everyone. It's been a while since I last posted here, but I hope everyone has been well these past couple of months. Today I'm not back with any real updates, but I'm just finding this neverending journey so, so difficult. I'm not even sure where to start - there's so much I feel like I'd have to

Hi...new here, going through a rough patch
Not sure how I stumbled on this site but I’ve been reading for a little while and feel the warmth and encouragement from others who know what this is like. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety most of my life (I’m 60) and have been on all kinds of antidepressants including Celexa for the last 20

Counselling- feeling lost
Hi everyone, So since being told the clinic haven’t got any further options for more cycles after 2 failed rounds and so many question marks, I’ve been going through a rollercoaster of emotions. I’m still quite sore, nauseous and no appetite after egg collection on Wednesday. I’m on antibiotics also.

I have been diagnosed with over fifteen different mental health diagnosis' but the doctors still do not quite know which one really fits my situation. Recently, I received a second opinion

Hello everyone, So over the last few months I've been having botox injections, pelvic floor physiotherapy and psychosexual counselling for a variety of pelvic pain issues (endometriosis, vaginismus, vulvodynia, hypertonic pelvic floor...) I've also been started on anti-depressants and I have to say

CBD OILS FOR ANXIETY
Hello everyone, I am new to the group, and excited to join. I hope I can help others, just as you all can help me. I originally joined the group because I needed a group to do my school project on. However, I also suffer from untreated anxiety and depression. So, does my 5 year old son. I thought this

AF’s untimely arrival
Hi all, It’s just a short one really how do you all deal with her arrival? I’m struggling emotionally at the moment and I’m not in a position to do anything like counselling. I just wondered if anyone had any simple little tips. Hope you’re all well wherever you are in your journeys Thank

Finding it hard to cope with my friends traumatic brain injury moods.
Hi all, My friend collapsed into the road outside his flat in April 2019 and it caused a traumatic brain injury. After 2 weeks in ICU and 2 weeks in hospital he came back to his flat. He is 70 now and it has changed him a lot in ways I can understand from what I've learnt on this site. Moodwise and

What do you do to get yourself back up?
I have been struggling with depression for almost 20 years now. I have my ups and downs, but I am usually able to pull myself up after being down. I have been stuck in a "down" for months now and have tried so many things to bring myself back up, but they are not working. I just feel alone and sad most

Self Care and Self Confidence
I started my counseling internship back up again last week. I was only there for 2 days, but I had some pretty heavy clients. With one client I felt like I could have done things a little differently. Then, I wasn’t able to go in on Thursday because I had a minor medical procedure which was kind of traumatizing

Diagnosis
I have grade 2 invasive ductal breast cancer. I have 2 cancers, both in the right breast. Both are progesterone and oestrogen receptor positive, but one also has the HER2 protein marker. Because of that I get the entire gold package; surgery, reconstruction, chemo for 6-12 months with hair loss counselling
