Help with next step after being told I have non viable eggs
Hi, we had one round of iui, resulting in miscarriage at 7 weeks, followed by one round of long protocol ivf, one egg collected, made it to 5 day transfer, grade A embryo but resulted in a BFN. I am 41 with an amh of 1. The clinic has said donor egg or adoption are my options going forward. Not sure

Suffering from Anxiety, Severe Depression and Monophobia
I am hoping to find a support group to help me get through this horrible time in my life. I live alone with no family, and since all the Covid stuff I have gone into an even deeper depression and now suffer from monophobia a fear of being alone. I’m in counseling twice a week and seeing a psychiatrist

Death Anxiety
I have recently developed a fear of dying... I’ve always been scared of it, but it hit me really hard before Christmas. I went to the dr. To get put on anxiety meds and I’m being referred to counseling... I know it’s gonna take time, but this is causing me to not be able to look forward to the big things

Mentally drained
I’ve been giving my sister a huge amount of support with her depression and anxiety, but now I feel like it’s affecting my own mental health too. I’m not blaming her, or complaining. I just feel so mentally drained. I also feel like there’s such a lack of support for families that support someone with

Any help - Depression + Wife with Paranoia, etc...
Any help would be great. I'm ~40 with depression. It's been rough the last few days. I believe it has gotten worse as my wife (~40) has been going through some strong mood swings and paranoia. I don't know if it's the new diet medicine (P?) or menopause, etc. She doesn't trust me, but everyone

I want to share my experience with pregnancy so far to help women who like me are finding it a difficult out experience.
I’ve decided to pay for and get a private scan done at 16 weeks and to find out gender. I am nervous but excited to see baby again and just hope it’s well and healthy. Although I’m in second trimester I am finding pregnancy very difficult with my mental health to the point that my partner can’t handle

This is why I never had children, and I sadly guess I never will.
Back when I was 16, I made a couple of half hearted attempts at running away from home, because I couldn't stand my dad and I've always had issues with him. My parents weren't sure what to do, they decided to stick me in a mental ward for adolescents where a creepy psychiatrist decided that I had bipolar

Hi Has anyone tried the GABA supplements for intrusive thoughts? I have tried many medications like setraline, CBT, counselling, Dr's for 13 years and never had any success. I just want to be happy in life and stop these thoughts, anxiety, stress, worry. I just want to be happy Thank you all

Should I stay or should I go?
Anyone out there considering leaving a spouse who suffers with anxiety? It’s not an easy decision, is it? He is a loving, attentive husband but the anxiety (which leads to constant fighting) is draining me. I have become afraid of receiving any invitation for us to interact with the outside world because

Struggling with F11yo ADHD
And before anyone pounces down my throat, yes I know she is struggling too... This whole scenario of distance learning and the pandemic is hard on all of us, and we are in a great place compared to many. With that said, more and more lately I am finding her lying and just being overall deceitful about

Rant
Sorry I just needed to have just a little rant here. My GP referred me to the Mebtal Health Team for counselling in October. I have been struggling with my health and relationship issues and just felt overwhelmed. I got a letter within days asking me to ring for an appointment. I rang on the 8 th October

Hard to find good therapists
I think counseling should be a required course in school. I mean there are health classes, why not mental health classes too? I also feel that mental health should not cost so much more than "body" health. Everyone wants to open the door for someone with a broken leg, but people with mental health

Depression/Anxiety Medication
Is anyone on any medication for their mental health whilst on the TTC journey? I am really struggling and so far trying to cope without. I’m pretty sure taking meds isn’t ideal, but otherwise I don’t know if I can cope. I’m on a waiting list for NHS counselling, but due to a complex MH history I expect

what to do when my Mum won't get help?
I'm new here, looking for advice on a situation that's not improving. My parents are in their 60's, retired. I live and work few hours away so don't see them often. A while ago my Mum fell into serious anxiety and depression. She stopped going out for any reason, then stopped eating properly, and was

Who is that in my head?...
I felt compelled to reach out and discuss where I am at in my recovery and see if others have been down this road... 18 months ago I attempted suicide - I had lacerations to my wrist and neck and had to receive a double blood transfusion. I called the emergency services after briefly gaining conciseness
