I started my counseling internship back up again last week. I was only there for 2 days, but I had some pretty heavy clients. With one client I felt like I could have done things a little differently. Then, I wasn’t able to go in on Thursday because I had a minor medical procedure which was kind of traumatizing in itself. I woke up this morning feel anxious. I do have a therapist myself and have emailed her. Any other suggestions to help?

Hello,have you tried meditation beforehand or learning breathing technique....it does require practice and Im only suggesting --iM still trying....
