Guidance for RLS
Currently, I'm taking Gabapentin and
Magnesium
Glycinate, but neither are helping--yet. I did take Carbidopa-Levodopa for several months, which eased my RLS significantly, but now it's back in full force and the Carbidopa-Lev. doesn't work anymore.

Acupuncture and Hot Flashes
MO has prescribed Paxil, Effexor and something else that didn't work, I tried
magnesium
and bee pollen all to no avail. I finally tried acupuncture - he had mentioned this the first time I complained and have just now tried it.

New treatment
Plus I've started taking
Magnesium
at 375 as an experiment to see if it can affect RLS. I'll report back.

Magnesium Taurate recommendation
Could anyone recommend a good brand of
Magnesium
Taurate? I’m used to buying Tom Oliver from Amazon, but this is no longer available. Ideally I’d like something to take just once a day. .

Reverse T3 Tips
The GP recommended an increase in Zinc and selenium and b vitamins,
magnesium
and ALA. But I'm not seeing a massive difference in my symptoms. Has anyone with high reverse T3 tried anything else? Thanks for any help / advice. Rem

Severe RLS Where do I go now?
All kinds of supplements including
magnesium
, NAC, ALA....everything. Weirdly the anti-inflammatory diet made my pain worse. My gp sent me to a therapist for health anxiety Jan 2023 and the therapist indicated the gp thought I was a hypochondriac.

Graves Disease, Hyperthyroidism and Supplements
Supplements taken: vitamin D apple cider tablets turmeric calcium
magnesium
When I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and Hyperthyroidism I stop taking all supplements. The TSH reduced 50%. Is possible that the supplements were the cause of the disease? Thank you, Vanbr

THANK YOU 🙏
Thank you to everyone that has helped with with my query around
Magnesium
Taurate. It appears Ethical Nutrition is recommended by Dr Gupta and is a lot cheaper than others I looked at. I thought it might be helpful to attach nutritional information to see what we’re getting! Thank you all.

Why did I go looking... Zinc inhibits cortisol
So ideally zinc in the evening with
magnesium
as they benefit each other... synergistic apparently My cortisol is low throughout but if it's going to take a hit then I guess evening is best for me
