T4 low, TSH rising, T3 fluctuates
Vit D and folic acid is good but my
magnesium
is below range. Anyone know of a good supplement? My GP wants to do her own tests and maintains everything is ‘within range’. I had breast cancer in 2020/21. Chemo, surgery and radiotherapy. I know something is not right.

Major issues with sleep and waking up in the morning.
He sometimes takes melatonin and
magnesium
. Helps him get to sleep but still can't seem to wake up. Does he have any motivation to get up since he doesn't really care for school? Yes! He is grounded when he is late for school. He wants to hang out with buddies on the weekend.

Can anyone shed light on my blood test results? Taking NDT. Thank you!
I take a number of supplements: iron,
magnesium
, selenium, probiotic, zinc, ashwagandha (for cortisol). I am having occasional night time hypoglycaemic episodes (according to a CGM that I'm trying out), so not sure if that's related. Any thoughts here and way forward at all?

Totally confused by results & symptoms- please help
All of this is proving hard to manage and hasn't gone away on levo, despite me giving it time and supplementing
magnesium
too. I feel much more tired on levo rather than the ups and downs of tiredness I felt before.

I'm currently on Madopar 187.5mg x4 times daily. i also supplement that with 2x500mg
magnesium
daily. My most obvious symptom is a tremor in my right arm which ebbs and flows, i also have a husky voice from time to time. i have tried Vit B1 sublingual daily dose of 100mg.

New to T3, advice please
I supplement with 210mg iron, plenty of
magnesium
, vitamin D and B supplements, I tend to stop these a couple days before my thyroid bloods and take them away from my meds. I take 2-3 mls of low dose naltrexone (LDN) daily, I'm gluten free for one year and working on dairy free.

B1 therapy
After trying 500mg of B1 for about 2wks, I decided to stop and instead try a B complex and
magnesium
for a while before starting back on B1. I’ve now been taking a B complex every day that has 50mg of B1 and 2mg of B6, along with an extended release capsule of 250mg
magnesium
every 3 days.

The problem with Buprenorphine, BTBD9 and serotonin syndrome
I don’t tolerate most supplements including iron and
magnesium
. I tried THC which is said to increase adenosine, but I didn’t tolerate it over time. I have even quit drinking green tea (one of few pleasures I have left) as I suspected it was blocking adenosine build up during the day.

Thyroid Test Results - Thriva
I’ve had my results back and Thriva says they are within normal range and I could do with taking a
magnesium
supplement. I just wondered where to go from here. The test was taken at about 9.45, only water drunk that morning with a finger prick test.

Codeine/magnesium/food
Am I right that codeine interacts with
magnesium
(I take
magnesium
threonate and
magnesium
bysglicinate)? And what about taking codeine with food or not? Thanks.

What vitamin supplements to take alongside B12 injections?
In the meantime I've read that taking supporting supplements can help the B12 to do its job so, alongside my usual multivitamin, I've now started taking
magnesium
375mg and folic acid 400 micrograms. Early days and could be sheer coincidence (or all in my head!)
