Hi, can anyone recommend good quality Magnesium and vitamin B complex supplements to take alongside vitamin B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of magnesium and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

So either 2x L-threonate & 1 Glycinate or 1- L-theonate & 2 Glyconate.
Yes its a mine field, hope this helps.
Have a look at British Supplements, based in Ireland. We have found them knowledgeable and supplements effective
Dr. from india uses 100 mg of B1 twice week injections, works great in 35 minutes are more flexible, 4 th day you can notice needs another shot, tried many vitamins oral, i resumed taking old vitamin I discontinued because of covid, now taking onee pack of universal animal vitamins, now flexible again andd much easier than injections, gives 35 mg B1 day plus many more helpful supplemments. GOOD luck CLARKKENT ( check out what pack contains will surprise you and really benefits )
Try Magnesium Malate. A favorite of some doctors. Not just one pill Read bottle for number of pills needed for a full dose. My magnesium requires 6 Pills!
thank you all for the recommendations on additional supplements to add to B1. One thing that I am curious about is the extra B1 that will already be in the B Complex tablet.
I use magnesium-L-threonate, which has been shown to pass into the brain better:Magnesium L-Threonate (Magtein®) – 120 Capsules – High Strength 2100mg amzn.eu/d/0BLwca5
Metabolics is a clean UK brand. They do a liquid B Complex which I’ve just ordered … Check them out
