Mirena coil and mood
I'm not taking any hormones and every month about 5 days before my period I get a severe
low
mood
. I mean extreme. For a few days. Always at this time. Does anyone know/understand what the effect of the mirena coil would be on this hormone-related mood swing?

Poor GP response for years!
Low
mood
, anxiety, achy joints, dry skin, hair falling out. I have to wait 3 months to be retested (apparently) and after 8 weeks I am still sleeping way too much. I have only stumbled across this issue since downloading the NHS app and being able to view my actual blood results!!

For most this is a time full of joy but for sufferers of pni this can be a period of huge anxiety and

. I remember being very ill with pni over Christmas and it was a horrific time of year for me.

hydroxychloroquine has almost eliminated the joint pain but my perimenopause symptoms remain - predominantly anxiety and
low

and so I’m looking for advice from you ladies as to whether it is safe to take HRT, what is the safest form, and whether you find it works before I speak to my menopause

Any Aussies here??? Please, I need help to find a good GP/Endo in Australia!
Suffering with tiredness/fatigue, weight gain,
low
mood
, thinning hair, etc, for over 2 years. Been checked out by multiple doctors, and all say my thyroid is fine. Have had TSH, FT3, FT4, plus thyroid antibodies tested, but everything is 'in range' so they don't look any further.

Aha - Highs & Lows
The
low
mood
days take me by surprise almost and it's upsetting. I seem to be having trouble getting to sleep too and this results in me sleeping longer. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated as this is one emotional roller coaster.

T3 Trial continued
I still get some symptoms - ringing in ears (not quite so bad now though)
low
mood
, tiredness, brain fog I feel that it's worth increasing T4 a little and leaving T3 as it is for now - I'm seeing the private endo tomorrow evening.

Help needed with daughter's "normal" TSH results please.
She has shown symptoms for years ; weight gain, fatigue, skin problems (very slow to heal),
low
mood
. She is now at the stage where she can go to bed at 8pm and sleep till 10 or 11 am and finds it very difficult to function normally.

Breakthrough Seizure After 10yrs - Shocked and Uncertain - What do I do?
Others say it ruined their life - with one of the main side effects being brain forg and extremely
low
mood
(this is something I seriously can't afford to have as I'm trying to better myself and get out of this grief pit).

Recent Blood results - your advice
I felt good for a few days but feel as bad as ever again - just
low
mood
and tired and no energy. I was someone who was always full of energy and just seem to drop down to the point now where life is not enjoyable anymore. The doctor thinks I am depressed.

Ectopic Heartbeats
My weekend has been ruined unfortunately by them because I am exhausted and in a very
low
mood
because of them. My partner is VERY supportive but it's difficult explaining things to someone who doesn't experience them. Does anyone else have an issue with arrhythmia of this nature? Thank you.

The Stimulation-Happiness Link: Your Experiences?
Do any of you recognize this: I want to explore the issue of lack of stimulation and my
low
mood
. It's shocking how much one really leads to the other.
When I have stimulation, I feel alive, alert, happy, and content.
Even if (or perhaps because) there's pressure.
