Covid vaccination brand
My concern is the Pfizer Covid vaccination because it gives me a leg rash -
Livedo
reticularis
, which worsens each time and never goes away it is not itchy but results in a very dry skin. Does anyone know if there is a different brand available? I had no problems with AZ?

I'm not going nuts!
I also have a
livedo
reticularis
rash on my thighs, which I've had since childhood. I was put on aspirin for my last pregnancy. I get a butterfly facial rash every now and then and awful headaches, for which I take herbal remedies.

Should something be done with a “moderately high” ALP?
Good moring! I had my bloods drawn last week and both ALT and AST went back to normal. My GGT came down but not normal, and ALP stayed the same as three months ago at 177 It was previously 385. (here, the ULN is 122). I have been on Urso for nine months, but only on the optimal dose for four months

Thursday's Thoughts
I always try to chat about something I feel is important for everyone to know about. Today I want to go to something very basic - your Urso dosage.
1. Urso is the proven first line treatment for PBC and should be started as soon as PBC is suspected

My husband is a 44M, 6'1, 20.5 stone (was 21.5st, recently lost a stone in a couple of months). He'd been feeling off since beginning of the year. Began getting neck and shoulder pain, saying he must have slept wrong but it's happening far too frequently for that to be the case. I did a urine dipstick

liver enzymes
I was overweight and drinking had high liver enzymes ast/alt ratio .5. I lost weight and stopped drinking enzymes returned to normal in 6-8 weeks. Was diagnosed with nafld as the probable cause. Does returning liver enzymes mean it is resolved

Atopic eczema
I was diagnosed with IBS C and then SIBO but I do not have slow transit of food from my stomach (imaging using isotope). I try to keep with low FODMAP diet and recently seem to be managing a little better - haven’t used docusate laxative for maybe 6 weeks. Frequently I will have a day of very little

Questions to ask at first Hepatology appointment
Hello all,I finally have my first Hepatology clinic appointment this week. I've been waiting since the end of last year when I was referred by my GP following 'excessive fibrotic changes' being seen by the surgeon during gallbladder surgery. All LFTs were normal in January, and hepatitis and autoimmune

ALP and GGT results
Good morning everyone, I was diagnosed last November and started taking Urso right away. However, didn’t take the full dosage as per my weight until mid April. I just had my bloods done and my ALP as well as GGT are the same as three months ago…ALP is 177 and GGT is 225. They have come down since
