I was put on levothyroxin in 2013 when my thyroid levels were found to be abnormal (sorry I don't have the results). Intolerant to dairy and eggs would also like to lose weight
Hi, I'm new to the site. I've recently had a private blood test that shows I am intolerant to eggs and dairy and borderline intolerant to beef. The reason I had the test was because I have been experiencing stomach pain after eating. I was on omeprazole prior to the blood test which did help. The doctor

Sores in the mouth
Hi everybody. I have just taken my second table of Hydroxycarbamide. So far, so good. I am writing a 'just in case' post as I know that a lot people on this drug have mouth sores. A few weeks ago,on this sight, there was a very helpful post about a mouth rinse for mouth problems.I took down the details

Vinegar and Diabetes, Do's and Don'ts
The limited available research suggests that vinegar taken before a meal may lower blood glucose from 20% to 33%.[10,12] The response may depend on the type of glucose load—that is, a more pronounced response with a high-glycemic vs low-glycemic meal or glucose-containing beverage.[11,14] Large amounts

Lithium update in short
Ok, well........thought I'd post one since its been a while. I'm still on lithium and I seem to be a bit better. Though its not a total cure, I have some good days. Right now I've been feeling strange though. I guess it's mostly anxiety, but it seems to go hand in hand with depression. Excersise does

I am 35 and ever since I started to develop first hint of breasts at puberty I have had bouts of extreme pain in them. I used to get it when walking to school in mornings as a young teenager. My mum said it was growing pains. I was never taken to a doctor about it. I had numerous issues growing up, extreme

Lithium day 1
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and severe anxiety years ago and was treated with everything from depakote to klonopin and on and on and on. Those days on those meds are gone and my bipolar recently started getting worse. DP and panic attacks came on much harsher than normal. Anyway

Hi all, I'm new here and am wondering if anyone can throw some light on the following conundrum. I suffer from severe NCGI - with all the usual digestive problems and fatigue occuring when I am "glutened" - and have been following a gluten free diet for about a year now. However, although I cannot
