Has anyone tried lithium orotate???
I have read many reviews of people with anxiety trying lithium orotate with great success. I am actually lithium deficient, and have tried it, but it seems to make my anxiety worse. I am not sure if this is due to a reaction to the lithium, or simply due to the fact that I am now getting something

Previous Bipolar Diagnosis, High Risk for PP
Hi everyone, I am currently pregnant with my first child, and I'm feeling really at a loss as to how to proceed with my care. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 1) nearly 6 years ago, was hospitalized twice for mania, but have been symptom free for the past 4.5 years while taking lithium.

Psychological problems and possible thyroid link? All attributable to food intolerance and IBS?
Hi. I've struggled with depression and more recently a cycling mood that has been identified as probably bipolar for many years. I'm desperately trying to piece all the parts of a rather complex jigsaw together because I disagree with this disagnosis. I'm not a psychiatrist and the psychiatrist I've

Parkinsons detox
I just joined this forum after seeing my mom struggle so much with her PD. Over the years have introduced mucana , a few supplements , exercise etc , but a recent fall has really pushed her back where she is tired, sleepy and can barely walk (she was only walking with the helper before also) . Wish

It's never going to end.
I've been a drug addict since I was 17 (29 now) I've not been addicted to anything nearing a year. Even my recreational drug use has dwindled down to THC which I feel only benefits me. I'm diagnosed Bipolar type , I've been on lithium, depakote, I could list on and on down to the vistaril they give me

I'm new here. I need help with lab results and what to say to endo consultant
I had Graves' disease just after I turned 22 and had RAI treatment nearly a year and a half after diagnosis. I have been on levothyroxine for 15-16 years before an endo consultant put me on T4/T3 trial last year March. I managed to get a copy of my latest blood test results yesterday to bring with me

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Cesium Chloride
The subject of cesium chloride has cropped up in various PCa groups over the years. Enough for me to be aware of it, but not of outcomes for those who tried it. There have been no clinical trials of cesium chloride. Not for PCa, any other cancer, or any non-cancer condition. So there is little to

Confused about Calcium
Hi All, I have researched this a lot, including previous posts here, but I am still not clear on what I should be doing about calcium? My last calcium result from a Biolab minerals test showed: Calcium 2.16 mmol/L (2.10 - 2.60) Some advice says it is not necessary to take a calcium supplement at

I'm now CCH free !!!!
Besides this he prescribed
LITHIUM
Carbonate
and this worked in a way that controlled the onset of the headache and after a couple of years on lithium I now feel CCH free and drug free and have been for the last year. I still get the occasional sharp pain but only for a second or two.

Paresthesia after eating
Hi, I'm very much hoping that someone here will be able to help me. Just before Christmas I started having tingling feelings in my feet and hands. These spread to other parts of my body, and can now occur anywhere. I also get fasciculations. I've had some tests from my GP, but he seems a bit out of his

Natural approaches to treating Graves/Hyperthyroidism?
Hi I have just recently been diagnosed with graves following a nasty chest infection that they think triggered the autoimmune reaction! I personally believe its been waiting to happen for years, and high stress the last 3 years has caused it but my GP isn't agreeing! My TSH >0.02 and T4 48. I have shortness

shed loads of results - anything stick out like a sore thumb?
Just had a load of test results back that Dr Clark in the States wanted me to have done. Does anything stand out like a sore thumb to anyone as being not quite right. Lots of "normal no actions" as usual. The TSH is a little out of date as Clutter and Goosey are aware of recent results before I started

T3 is not working! How long does it take?
So, I had finally started to take only Cytomel with 3 doses per day (6mcg/dose) and I felt horrible. Headache, brain fogginess, breathing problems, and fear increased! So I again started to take t4 by reducing to 50 mcg from 75 mcg with ~12 mcg t3 just after one day of t3 only. I am still feeling horrible

Reactive Hypoglycemia (Who would have known)
Hello my friends, I have been seeing a very good Functional doctor these past few weeks, after firing my last one, and he ran some tests that no other doctor even mentioned to me. He found out that I have very low serotonin, my lithium levels were undetectable, my liver was functioning at 50%, along
