I have no idea what's coming next!
I wrote a post a few weeks ago regarding the thoughts I had that my hydroxy chloroquine was no longer working - while seeing my consultant I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which I presumed would be the end of the diagnoses for a whole, I was wrong, I was diagnosed about 4 year ago with APS after blood

Just saw my primary.
Also, my cholesterol is 237 mg/dL(125-200),
LDL
is elevated and triglycerides also elevated. I pointed out to him that elevated cholesterol can correlate with hypothyroidism or central hypothyroidism. He didn't agree, doesn't subscribe to ndt and wants to prescribe levothyroxine. New doctor!

4.3 and HDL 2.2. I have no intention of going on Statins so hoping to improve my diet. It is not a bad diet although I don't tend to eat fruit and need to increase my veg intake. I eat porridge every day and prefer wholewheat pasta and rice.

Got my blood test results and was pleasantly surprised.
I got my blood test back and only 3 things were out of normal range, this being Calcium(higher than normal by .2), Albumin(higher by .1), and my HDL cholesterol (lower than normal by 4) but other than those everything was in the normal category. If anyone were to know are any of these a real cause for

COCONUT OIL
There is no cholesterol in coconut oil itself, and with non-hydrogenated coconut oil, most people will see little difference or will see an improvement in their HDL (“good”) and a decrease in
