I need some answers so frustrated
My legs are weak heavy numb dont feel like they’re my own walking what I can describe as iron man!! I’m also getting numbness in my arms from my wrist to my elbow thankfully this time I’m able to use my hands. I’ve also had a burning sensation moving around my legs. I feel like a tap has been turned

Extra virgin olive oil taken with coq10 effects on plasma and protein oxidative status.
A lower susceptibility of
LDL
to peroxidation was also found. Finally, a positive correlation was observed between concentration of CoQ(10) in HDL and paraoxonase-1 activity. EV olive oil enriched with both doses of CoQ(10) significantly affects its bioavailability and plasma redox status.

Cholesterol and B12
LDL
cholesterol came back elevated so GP wants to put me on a statin medication. Anybody know of a connection between B12D and elevated cholesterol? Anybody have experience with statin medication impacting B12 levels?

Low cholesterol DOUBLES the risk of hemorrhagic strokes in women
Having very low cholesterol DOUBLES the risk of hemorrhagic strokes in women, study finds Researchers measured levels of
LDL
cholesterol, known as 'bad' because it can buildup in the arteries For
LDL
cholesterol, optimal levels are generally less than 100 milligrams per deciliter of blood But 0.8%

Walnuts and cholesterol
The high omega-3 fats increase the clearance of
LDL
-cholesterol from the blood. They also contain polyphenols and tocopherols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Lipid Clinic scaremongering/borderline intimidation?
After a LOT of pressure and having to talk directly to the practice manager I managed finally to access my lipid panel results and they were as follows: 7.7mmol/L Serum Cholesterol : 2.1 tryglyceride: 1.07 HDL: 5.67
LDL
total ration: 7.2.

LDN and Cancer
Has anybody heard of "LDN" MY "OD" told me, LDN has been shown to increase your Immune System and help to attack some forms of cancer. LDN is short for Low Dose Naltrexone. Naltrexone is a drug that was approved by the FDA in 1985 to treat opiate dependencies. It is marketed under the trade names ‘Revia

Left chest pain for months
Which I understand is unlikely since I'm young, no longer smoke, have good cholesterol including
ldl
levels, and have pretty good blood pressure. I don't know I just feel this sensation that I have never felt before and it's truly diminishing my quality of life.

High HDL v High LDL v Low Trig's
There are two studies that show high HDL is protective of heart disease even when
LDL
is elevated or Triglycerides are elevated (but not both).

LDN low dose naltrexone and PMR
Does anyone have any experience of this? A friend with ME has sent me a bit of information/links for this drug so I have had a bit of a read. It is suggested for PMR but there appears to be only anecdotal evidence. I’m unsure whether it is a treatment instead of prednisolone or alongside? Is it worth
