Hi. I have my new labs. I'm Hashis, medicate with 125mcg eutirox during 10 years, from July 2018 I'm doing free gluten diet, and changin for Euthyral (100t4+20t3) at 7.00am, and 1/2 cynomel added only in winnter season at 3.pm ( i live in snow mountains with cold wheather and skiing 5 days a week) i feel so ok, only sometimes tired and some problems with stress, but much better from the past. I take, a liver cleanser (solaray) biotine 1.000 mcg, and methylb12 1000mcg, methylfolate 400mcg, and B6 1.5mcg, (jarrow formulas) 5.HTP 50mg and digestive enzymes. Results;

the tsh is low but that could be related to when you are taking your t3. I try and keep it > .5 but that's on average throughout the day.

You could raise your ferritin a little. A short burst of supplements or eating liver weekly could help.

blood sugar is high too but there are different schools of thought about where your levels are; some like it lower (80-90) and others think a bit higher (85-100) could indicate good adrenal function and lots of energy.

But if you're over 100 or 105 morning blood sugar, you might be going into a problem zone. Testing fasting insulin is a good cheap option to double check. A1c is helpful but it's an average and if you're having swings, then the lows can average out the highs.

you might want to try a few otc insulin sensitizers; lipoic acid (ala) or chromium. See if you notice a difference.

your b-vitamin levels look okay to me; i don't know if you need more b-12. keeping it over 500 is good. I can do that with a much lower dose than 1 mg/day but that's me. idk

cheers

biotine 1.000 mcg

Presumably Biotin (B7)

Did you leave this off for 7 days before your tests? If the lab uses biotin in the testing procedure (and many do) then it can give false results for any blood test.
