Help needed
researchers have shown that statins reduce the risk of a heart attack in people at high risk by 10 to 20 percent for every 1-millimole-per-liter reduction in blood cholesterol levels (millimoles measure the actual number of cholesterol molecules in the bloodstream), equivalent to about a 40-point drop in

What's your ACTUAL risk of heart disease?
In fact if you take away nothing else from this video, the important part is around 15:00, where the presenter points out the actual correlations between the common risk-factor measurements and the observed state of a subject's arteries: Total cholesterol:
no correlation
LDL
-C:

HypoThyroid Madness
I need support with my thyroid concerns. I have been hypothyroid sinceI was about 24. I don't take the medicine because I like natraul healing. I got my bloodwork done the other day and needless to say it was not good. I have started back taking my levolthrotyne @ 100mcg. My YAH is 33.8. I am worried

I finally reversed Fatty Liver
Not just this but my cholesterol went down, total (285- 180) and
LDL
from 200 to 130. My blood pressure is perfect now. Even my GP was shocked and asking what I eat and how I lose so much weight in less time. I actually lost a total of 35 LBS.

new here: diastolic hypertension and inappropriate sinus tachycardia
My HDL and
LDL
are normal. Triglycerides are low end of normal. a cardiologist i saw for the shortness of breath noticed my heart rate was consistently higher than 100. he suspects the shortness of breath and diastolic hypertension is from the inappropriate sinus tachychardia.

diagnosed SLL in 2014
I was diagnosed SLL in 2014. Did not have any treatment - was on wait and watch. All this time my Lymph nodes keep growing everywhere. Check up and Blood test -every 3 month, couple CT scans during this period. LDH level slowly but stable going up . Now looks like it is time to be ready for treatment
