Dear All, here the continuation of my journey of having PCa and for the moment (since detection 1 year ago) no "traditional " treatments (no RP, no RT, no ADT or Chemo).

Summary:

59yo T3b N1M1 diagnosted GS9 after a template biopsy (25 samples) where 13 had 4+3 = 7b and 1 4+5 =9 in April 2018. 1st PSMA that showed metastasis in bones and lymph-node. PSA 17.9

The intent here is JUST to report another way than the commonly reported cases here

The first part you can find here:

PSA analysis show an increase of the PSA signal from 25.9 to 32.8 and some "strange" blood indicators out of range (could be an anemia while started chelation for 1 month between the last and the before last measurement

NPFishermann asked last time for my blood values: here they are:

LDL (mmol/L) /Cholesterol (mmol/L) /D25 (nmol/L)/ PSA /Bone AP(ugr/L) (Date(d/m/y)

2.15/ 3.72/ 65 / 14.1/ 0 / (18/6/18)

2.62/ 4.34/ 74 /12.5/ 0/(29/8/18)

2.38 /4.25/ 0/ 18.9/ 0/(3/10/18)

2.62 /4.82/ 0/ 17.6 / 0/(31/10/18)

3,02/ 5.02/ 0/ 21.6/ 0/ ( 7/12/18)

2.28/ 4.11//0/ 23.2/ 28 / (7/1/19)

/0/0/0/31.8 / (18/1/19)

/0/0/0/28.4/31.2/ (29/1/19)

1.06/ 3.05/ 72/ 29.4/32.2/ (8/2/19)

/0/0/0/ 28.2/ 0/ (7/3/19)

0.92/ 2.73 /83/ 25.9/ 28.9 / (29/3/19)

1.3/ 3.2 / 85/ 32.8/ 30.2/ (26/4/19)

After the rise of PSA (last) I stopped EDTA Chelation (started with the purpose to "clean" my arteries in case that I start some day ADT....). Interestingly, from 7/3 to 29/3 I have been under Metformin 1g twice a day (stopped after 29/3).

Will start again metformin and check PSA end of May. Continuing all supplements as usual.

Feeling really good despite those bad PSA results. Lot of pressure from relatives and doctors to start but, I'm still interested in continuing with my way... for the moment at least ;).

Greatings from Switzerland.

Thanks for posting...you got your LDL down--can not recall if you are on a statin, but worth considering as an addition--also--bempedoic acid--an addition to statins has shown to block the ACLY path of cancer development--a drug I am watching--may be approved in Europe soon----glad you are feeling well... consider doing oestrogel perhaps like ronron does--avoid the Lupron brain fog--that may help--ultimately, the choice is yours--could do ADT and casodex for a year and stop and wait for a rise also...intermittent ADT--whatever you decide--Good luck...

Thanks for the update on your daring experiment of 1! If I'm reading your data correctly, your PSA was actually dropping from January through March, no? That's quite impressive.

yes, indeed... I'm trying to see if the stop of metformin was the main reason for the increase again. Sorry for the bad formatting... but in my browser looks good but for others looks bad.
