hysteroscopy
I was admitted to hospital two night ago for severe pain due to my endometriosis. The last consultant decided to tell me my endometriosis doesn’t exist and it’s all in my head. Apparently from hysteroscopy they found I have no endometriosis. Despite being diagnosed in 2017 via laporoscopy… is it possible

Preventing leaks…
, I underwent
laparoscopy
surgery for the diagnosis and removal of the visible endo tissue, however my periods haven’t improved and are still extremely heavy.

Pain over 12 weeks after op
Hi all I had my
laparoscopy
at the end of January and have been healing fine, with no (surgery related) pain. But the past few days I’ve had twinges around where my incisions were (ovaries area) and today it’s been really sore, especially when bending, walking, and going down steps.

How were you 8 months Post-Op?
Happy New Year everyone! I’ve posted on here quite a bit, and have appreciated all the support I’ve been getting. I had my lap in May of 2023. Since then, I’ve started pelvic floor therapy. For the last 4 weeks, I’ve done bladder installations weekly. So installations one day then therapy the next.

Maternity clothes?
I'm having my next lap next Saturday, and was thinking about what loose clothes I have to wear post surgery. I don't really like loose clothes, but I have so much bloating with my endo / adeno that I am forever walking round at home with my jeans unbuttoned as it's so painful. It just occurred to me

driving
hi, I had my
laparoscopy
a week ago now. Just wondered when you started to drive again after this procedure? I know I’m not ready yet, and was told by my consultant to contact my insurance company first which of course I will, just wondered what your experiences were?

Ovarian Tissue on Sigmoid Mesocolon?
I have been diagnosed since 2017 and last month had my 3rd
laparoscopy
to excise my endometriosis. They found a nodule on my sigmoid mesocolon that they thought was endometriosis however they have said in my discharge letter that it was ovarian tissue. Has anyone heard of this before?

new pain
hi all Just after a bit of advice. I had a lap in April which confirmed endo. The last 2 months or so I’ve developed this dull ache lower left abdo which sometimes radiates to left lower back. It’s not constant and sometimes feels more like a bruise if anything. I feel also I’m bloating much more again

Unexpected endometriosis
Has anyone got any advice for me please? I've just been in for a laproscopy to remove what they told me was a simple cyst on my ovary, only to find out they couldn't remove it because they found endometriosis so they have referred me to a specialist surgeon and are sending me for an MRI.The surgeon said

Restless legs/PSP
My 85 year old mum was diagnosed 4 weeks ago with psp. She's in a nursing home now and seems more comfortable reclined although the staff have a lap belt on her (which she hates) as she has been sliding out of chairs for the last few weeks. Her legs are constantly moving, does anyone have any advice/

Should I remove the bandages from my incisions for good?
Hello ladies. I am 2 weeks post my lap. I am healing well, no pain, but not so bouncy any more. Just wanted to ask you how long have you kept your incisions covered please? Mine are closed I think since there is no red tissue or open wounds just some scars like you have when your wound is healing. I

more heartbreak - any advice?
I’m wondering if I should have a
laparoscopy
? Maybe remove the endo? Or just focus on supplements and improving egg quality. I’m feeling totally lost and like I’ve hit a brick wall. Giving up is not an option, I just don’t know what to do next. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
