Can't believe it I can run for 30min at a time, with out collapsing. Couldn't even do a 440 lap at school and haven't run since. Most weeks lately I've been treating Parkrun as a recovery run, just slow and steady as it's a bit more demanding than my usual route ie it has slopes ;)
