Rough wait time for laparoscopy on the NHS
I have a call with the gyno in a few weeks to find out more and next steps etc but wondered what the wait time was for you for a
laparoscopy
? Is it a longer wait time since covid?

Endo queries all new to me
What would I be expecting during and after my
laparoscopy
? What should I be asking for? Recovery time? What can I do up until my surgery? Thank you! :)

Endo after a baby
I was diagnosed with endo in September 2017 after a
laparoscopy
to confirm and remove it. I luckily fell pregnant late last year and welcomed my baby girl on 1st August. I let myself have one natural period after birth before going back onto the pill.

Has anyone else had different lengths of cycle post laparoscopy?
I had a
laparoscopy
8 weeks ago. Grade 4 endo diagnosed and excised. I recovered very quickly and have felt completely back to normal since about day 10 post op. The only thing is that since the op my cycles have become a lot longer than before!

AMH increased - Stims or Endo surgery?
I spoke to some of you last month, as I underwent a
Laparoscopy
and Hysterscopy, due to my left ovary being stuck to my bowel and suspected Endo - which was confirmed (quite mild) and removed during the Lap. After waiting a cycle, I then started Mild stims, for a dummy cycle.

Waiting list times Harrogate?
Just wondered if anyone is on the waiting list for a
laparoscopy
in Harrogate and/or if anyone has any idea of waiting list times? I’ve been on the waiting list for 4 months so far but know the waiting list is very long. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you :)

Has anyone exercised too soon after laparoscopy?
I followed my consultant’s post
laparoscopy
advice and waited 8 weeks until trying a bike ride, however since then I’ve been having Endo pain at the top of my abdomen every night. I’m worried I’ve slowed down my recovery. Has anybody had a similar experience? Thanks

Emotions all over the place
I'm awaiting a
laparoscopy
for a diagnosis but have had an mri that confirmed 3 cysts, a dermoid, an endemetrioma and just a normal one. I'm in pain everyday, some days are better than others. I want to try and get to the bottom of the anger as its just not like me. Thanks for reading

Fallopian tube full of blood
Back in 2018 I had a diagnostic
laparoscopy
in a gynecologist surgeon. Who didn't know much about Endo and neither did I back then. She found my left fallopian tube twisted around my left ovary and stuck to the side of my pelvic wall. All she did was unravel it and put it back I place.

Quadratus lumborum, back and hip pain
Diagnostic
laparoscopy
by general gynae found severe bilateral bowel adhesions including on sigmoid colon, adhesions on uterus (this scar tissue was actually bad enough to be seen on ultrasound), active endo and scarring on pouch of Douglas, and some adhesions affecting both ureters.

Suspect endo, should I get a laparoscopy?
But they did suggest I could have a
laparoscopy
to check for Endo. The pain is now getting worse, so I’m thinking of getting back in touch with my drs to arrange the
laparoscopy
, but I’m kinda worried about it.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the scars are like from a

and if they ever fade?

How long before Mini Pill Helps
Hey, I had my diagnostic
laparoscopy
on November 8th. I currently have COVID and am having my first post lap period. I’ve been on the mini pill for a month. Obviously I wasn’t expecting improvement yet, but if the mini pill helped you at all, how long did it take?

Cramps returned after laparoscopy
I had
laparoscopy
about 4 months ago to remove ovarian cyst. They also took part of my ovary to avoid cyst to grow again in the future.

re-occurrent endo?? Laparoscopy x2
Hi guys, I posted around this time last year when I had my first
laparoscopy
where my surgeon discovered I had endometriosis. I’m now due to have another operation in a couple of weeks time after having the same symptoms just coming back being just as debilitating.
