Hi! To the best of my knowledge humans cannot catch Canine Distemper so that should not affect you. I am sorry to read about your dog though, I hope they will be okay. I would strongly suggest you speak to your doctor / GP about the headache and inflammation. They are much better able to help answer that question for you. I do hope you get some answers and some relief soon.
Sorry to hear about your pain and also regarding your dog. I am a veterinarian. Distemper is not considered a risk to humans ( is closely related to the measles virus but not the same). It can affect other species including some wildlife. Please read this link below (I also have found a research paper but very long if you want it let me know).
Please contact your gp re your symptoms to try and figure out the cause and hopefully for some treatment. I did in the past have some headaches on dienogest but this was when I first started it and was fine after ( had seen you've been on it some time already). I get tension headaches possibly worse with endo pain ( possibly from stress too)but normally quiet briefly and respond to meds. See your gp since its been going on for a some time and especially since you said it seems inflammed and painful when you are touched etc .
It sounds like you have a migraine, the sensitivity you feel when you touch your head is a specific type of migraine, I suffer with them myself. My scalp hurts and the lightest touch is painful. Possibly the birth control has brought this on. It might be worth speaking to your GP about an alternative
