I had my laparoscopy at the end of January and have been healing fine, with no (surgery related) pain. But the past few days I’ve had twinges around where my incisions were (ovaries area) and today it’s been really sore, especially when bending, walking, and going down steps. Has anyone else experienced that sort of pain? It doesn’t feel like it’s the incision itself, but it’s that area. I’ve not had pains like it before so I don’t know if it’s related to hormones (I’m on desogestrel and don’t have periods on it).
My lap was clear apparently, despite them excising what they thought was endo (I was supposed to have an endo specialist surgeon, but I can’t see anything online to suggest he was)

The pain could be from adhesions depending on where they excised tissue from. Does the discharge note say where it was located and do you have the histology report back? It sounds like it might have come back negative but that doesn't mean it wasn't endo - histology often does come back falsely negative for various reasons.
I would get copies of the lap and histology report and go from there. x
